  • In-stock products are usually prepared within 1–2 business days

  • Some products may require additional preparation time and can be shipped within up to 15 days from the order date if they are not currently in stock

Customers will be informed in case extended processing time applies to their order.

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination:

  • Within Egypt: Estimated delivery time ranges from 2–5 business days after shipment

  • International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, customers must contact FIDGET EGYPT within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to report the issue.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the carrier.
