Refund & Return Policy

At FIDGET EGYPT, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Exchange & Return Timeframe

Requests for exchange or return must be submitted within two (2) days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage upon delivery

  • Receiving an incorrect product

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Products without original packaging

  • Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from FIDGET EGYPT.

5. Exchange Process

If an exchange request is approved:

  • The replacement product will be shipped after receiving and verifying the returned item

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to a defect or an error from FIDGET EGYPT, return shipping costs will be covered by us

  • In other approved cases, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
