2. Order Confirmation Deposit

To confirm the order, the customer is required to pay a partial amount of the order value, which includes shipping fees, before the order is processed.

This deposit is required to verify the seriousness of the order and reduce failed deliveries.

3. Accepted Deposit Payment Methods

The confirmation deposit can be paid through the following transfer methods:

  • Etisalat Cash

Deposit payment details will be shared with the customer after placing the order.

4. Order Processing After Deposit

  • The order will be confirmed and prepared only after the deposit payment is received and verified

  • Once confirmed, the order will be shipped to the customer

  • The remaining amount is paid in cash upon delivery

5. Failure to Complete Deposit

If the customer fails to complete the required deposit payment:

  • The order will not be confirmed or shipped

  • FIDGET EGYPT reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice

6. Refunds of Deposits

Deposit refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping fees included in the deposit are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
