1. Order Cancellation Before Confirmation

Orders may be canceled before paying the order confirmation deposit.
Once the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed, cancellation is subject to the terms below.

2. Order Cancellation After Confirmation

After the confirmation deposit is paid and the order is processed:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared or shipped

  • The confirmation deposit is non-refundable after order confirmation

3. Orders in Preparation or Shipment

Once an order enters the preparation or shipping stage, it is considered final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

4. Failure to Receive the Order

If the customer refuses to receive the order or is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The order will be considered canceled by the customer

  • The confirmation deposit will not be refunded

  • Additional shipping or handling costs may apply

5. Cancellation by FIDGET EGYPT

FIDGET EGYPT reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Failure to complete the confirmation deposit

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Product unavailability

In such cases, any paid deposit may be refunded if applicable.
